Family Literacy: Thanksgiving Tales
Students will enjoy leading this family literacy activity.
It involves asking family members to write a paragraph about what they are
thankful for. Then the student will read it aloud at Thanksgiving. Funny?
Touching? Surprising? Sad? Families will cherish these tributes and add to them
from year to year. You may enjoy some of the other Thanksgiving activity ideas
in the "Holidays & Seasons" category on www.afterschooltreats.com
